Jamison was able to get a buyer before the house even went on the market! We were able to sell the house for much more than we originally bought and move into a much nicer house. Jay and Theresa were fantastic to work with. They were always available, even on nights and weekends; and they were kind, understanding, and professional throughout the entire process. Jay guided us throughout the first time home buying process and made everything as painless as possible. Within just a few showings they had a great idea of exactly what we were looking for and were able to focus the search to find a home we loved. We had to enter a fierce bidding war, but Jay was very good at determining a fair market value of the home, and helped us determine a price that would allow us to get our offer accepted without overpaying. He also helped fix the hardwood floors in our new home at no charge, as some of the boards had large gaps between them. Once we had purchased our house, they then helped sell our old home, and were just as attentive throughout the selling process as the buying process. I believe that hiring Jay and Theresa was the best decision we made throughout our home buying experience, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Jamison makes it happen. He fills the air with enthusiasm, creativity, and old fashioned effort. We had a luxurious, spacious home in the wrong location. Jamison’s office was nearly an hour away. I could tell from the start that Jamison had fresh ideas and was willing to do what was needed, plus. Because our property was so unique he insisted on being present for every showing, even though it cost him two hours of driving every time. When an issue presented, Jamison guided us to a solution and was always willing to physically help! Over and over again, Jamison came through with support, referrals and reassurance that he proved was for real! He and Theresa are treasures, we couldn’t have made a better decision that to ask them to list our house.
